Nathan G. Halteman, 52, of Lebanon passed away on June 20, 2016 at Hershey Medical Center as a result of a work-related accident. Nathan was the husband of Martha (Weaver) Halteman with whom he celebrated 31 years of marriage. Born May 2, 1964 in Franconia Township, Montgomery County, he was the son of Naomi (Godshall) Halteman of Jonestown and the late Richard Halteman. Nathan was a member of the Lehman Street Mennonite Church. He was the owner and manager of Halteman Construction in which he was actively involved. He is survived by his wife Martha (Weaver) of Lebanon and his eight children: Kayleen of Myerstown, Kathy, the wife of Peter Riehl of Oglethorpe GA, Melody, the wife of Rodney Martin of Lebanon, Dale, married to Kerinda (Stauffer) of Myerstown, Melisa of Augusta WI, Kendra, Ivy, and Keith, residing at home; five brothers; four sisters; and a large extended family. Nathan was preceded in death by his father Richard and one sister. Viewings will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Harmony Christian Fellowship, 30 Camp Swatara Road, Myerstown, PA 17067. Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Harmony Christian Fellowship, 30 Camp Swatara Road, Myerstown, PA 17067 with the Lehman Street Mennonite Church ministry officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery at Harmony Christian Fellowship Cemetery.
